iTCG - Tournament update

Due to the exploitation of a vulnerability in the restrictions of the tournament, the rules have been slightly modified and the list of banned cards has been completed.
Banned cards are now :
- A New Start
- Celerity
- Aging
- Dragon's Wit
- Councilor Ishaia
- Ateb
- StoneEater
