Effects:

At the end of the fight, if you dealt more damage than your opponent, your Undead characters have their maximum Health points upgraded by 1 and your Demons suffer 1 direct damage. If not, your characters gain Attack +1 until the end of the game.
Turns 2, 4 and 6: choose a Theurgy from a Discard Pile. It is played without restriction after your other cards.

Turns 1, 4 and 7: Attack +1 per living Priest or Warrior. The opposing character cannot play nor activate Theurgies.

As this card activates and at the start of the Fight, the opposing character has Spirit -2 and Defense -1 until the end of the Turn.
Demon: the opposing character has an additional Defense -1 for each dead character.
Undead: Spirit +2 and Chain Undead Action.
